Customer Orders

By placing an order on this Website you are deemed to have accepted our Terms & Conditions. A binding contract is entered into once we have sent confirmation of receipt of your order in writing or by email. All order confirmation communication will include a reference number, which you should use if you need to contact about your order and can be used to track orders on our website We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders.

Payment forms

Goods must be paid for before they are dispatched. Payment is accepted by cheque made payable to 'Mukme Ltd', by direct payment using Internet Banking (Sort Code 30-94-93 Account No 35644660) or by credit card (over the internet or by phone). If you are paying by cheque, please remember to include a copy of the order, your contact details and delivery address and if using internet banking your reference number as the payment reference. Goods will not be sent until cheques are shown as cleared funds which can take between 4-7 working days. If a cheque is returned un-cleared you will be charged an administration charge of £25 to cover bank charges.


All products on the website are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to offer you a replacement. Occasionally we will offer a Pre-Order service for new products where we have a confirmed shipment date, although this must still be seen as an estimated delivery date. Cancellation of Orders and Refunds

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched it is essential that you call immediately and confirm in writing either by email or letter. Your order will then be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to you. Refund payments will be made to the credit card/bank account/current account originally charged

Return of Goods and Refunds

In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receiving them if you change your mind. The returned goods must be un-opened and in pristine condition. If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must either phone or email us saying which item(s) you wish to return. We shall arrange for the collection of goods and will refund the full price of the item(s) within 30 days.

If the goods you receive are damaged please ensure that you inform the courier at the time of delivery and also contact us immediately. We will arrange for the collection and replacement of any damaged goods. Email address .

Shipping Costs

Any order to the UK Mainland for up to 3 items will be sent in one post parcel at a cost of £3.00. Orders of 4 items or more will be sent free of charge by our nominated carrier. uses Royal Mail first class post for Mainland delivery. Shipping costs to Europe are £5.00 for up to 3 items, and £7.50 for over 3 items. Shipping costs for the Rest of the World are £8.50 for up to 3 items, and £13.75 for over 3 items. We commit to dispatch goods within 24 hours from receipt of order Monday - Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Orders sent to mainland UK should be received within 24 to 48 hours. Non-delivery should be notified to us via phone or email within 2 to 3 days of the expected delivery date. All overseas orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt Monday - Friday (excluding Bank & Public Holidays). Transit times to Europe and The Rest of The World vary. Please allow 7 days for delivery to mainland Europe and up to 21 days for all other destinations. Most orders arrive within 7-14 days but please make allowances for local delays. We endeavour to achieve our delivery targets but are not liable for any loss caused by late delivery.

Undelivered and Returned Parcels

Our nominated UK delivery partner should leave a card if they cannot obtain a signature. Goods are held by the Post Office or your local Delivery Office for 5 Working Days after the first card is left at your delivery address. If your item is returned to us due to non-collection from your local Delivery Office we will charge for re-delivery.
